Busy times

Cooking, cleaning, shopping... whoever called this the holiday season? We've got visitors and a still-pretty-excited daughter so no time to be online... see you on the other side...

p.s. The photo above was taken on 12th December in Montrose... it's snowed again since! The day before yesterday the big tree at the other end of the square looked like this:

Happy Holidays, Rachel, too true about the 'unfittingness' of that 'Holiday' word, ; ) got the cleaning and cooking part ahead of us today and then it's settling in to friends, talk, nosh and a warm-up of 'mojitos'...

It's fun though in many ways... I wouldn't do it otherwise! I've just had some of my friend's homemade mince pies for breakfast... yummy.

How pretty! And thanks for the smile you put on my face yesterday...our mailman thinks we have the most unique set of friends. :)

Merry Christmas to you and yours. Me? I've got a "hopeful" new year to look forward to. ;)

Merry Christmas!
I keep on looking at the boys' Thornton Selection Boxes with a gleam in my eye, but stomach will not yet permit.
Best wishes of the season to all of you. Peace and joy.
