So this week NanU wants us writing poems with those crazy word verification sneckerzoozles. What with school holidays and general laziness in all things I'm afraid I've used only one WV (and that only for the title). We'd been to the beach near here on Friday, the Girl and the Dog and I, and we found something like an elephant's toenail you see...
And now the tiny poem-type-thing:
Gulectio
Magnificent beast
On the beach I found your toenail
And other wonders there besides
The promises of mermaids
Some teeth of the deep
RF 2010

Ooh, now I'm just wondering what a Gulectio actually looks like! Nice poem there, with the hint of mystery in it (there's something about the sea that's always hinting of mystery to me). I love stones, so very much enjoyed the pictures.

Indeed there's some zippycool work coming out of the theme. Interesting how people are using many WVs and not just one, like a solitary jewel, or a sneak-in, like you. If I can get my brain on tonight I'll try one of each. Hate to miss my own bus!
