Oh dear Rachel - my answer to both questions1 and 2 is I don't know. Think there is a possibility it is the nuclear sub base in Scotland but can't remember its name (is it Farslane or something like that?)

Well, if that was the Forth Road Bridge (and you haven't confirmed or denied), you're presumably travelling by car... and you said you were going abroad. So I'd hazard a guess you'd be taking a ferry from either Newcastle or Hull, right? (You wouldn't be travelling to the southern ferry ports - too far). That's the grey North Sea, almost certainly - and the vague land we can see looks flat, flat, flat. Must be Holland or Belgium. The harbour entrance looks too bare and sparse for Amsterdam or Rotterdam - so how about Zeebrugge?

(Weaver - I know that looks like a nuclear sub at first glance - but I really don't think it is one! I'm sure Rachel would not take her hols in such dangerous and controversial places.)

SW now in the lead with 20 points! It is Zeebrugge. Another pic quiz tomorrow.

Sorry, pedantic bugger that I am, but is that 10 points for Forth Road Bridge (not confirmed or denied) and 10 for Zeebrugge, or 0 for former ('cos it was wrong) and 20 points for latter?

Emmmm.... Calvary? (The crosses are a little crooked though) :)

I'm just confused, so I'll follow the pictures and see where they lead. So far, it looks like a lot of ferries...

Ten points each, SW, don't you think? You're way in the lead anyway!
