Je ne le crois pas, Dominic. She's fooling us. She's hammered down the Autoroute du Sud and that's the Mediterranean. Bet that tested her new-found driving skills, heh-heh.
Yes, though my head is still on the north sea I think. It's not unpleasant but maybe I won't drive today! In the meantime laundry to do, confused dog to walk, five million photos to look through...and it's Mark's birthday today too! x
Originally from the north of England, I live in Angus, Scotland where I write poems, read poems out to other people, walk a lot, think a lot, listen to lots of music, sometimes write songs, sometimes sing, read all kinds of odd things, watch a bit...oh and look after my family (young, old, in between and canine).
I sometimes organise poetry and music events too - details are usually here.
More about the song
You can buy my book from my website if you fancy it or from www.amazon.co.uk if you prefer the comfort of the multinational corporation. My book is printed on recycled paper and card. I have 10 different poetry postcards available too.

North Sea? Irish Sea? Atlantic? Do you think I'm guessing?
C'est la Manche, n'est-ce pas?
Je reconnais cette vague là-bas.

Bit of a bouncey channel/north sea crossing as it goes! land in sight now.

I'm presuming you're back in Blighty? Happy Coming-Backing!

Ahhh... the trials of just-back-from-holiday. Hope you have a good day readjusting and have got a birthday cake!
Oh, and good to have you back. :)
Wherever, whatever - it's a great pic!
Taken before the waves really got to work...
